So I've been on FishChannel quite some time and during this time, a computer of mine that uses Internet Explorer 7 got a "problem" that whenever I clicked into Forums or any link to anything inside here, it said: Out of Memory at Line: 2 or Stack Overflow at Line: 2. I had to click "OK" each time it popped up and pops up around 3 times for each link I click.

I thought that was really odd because it never happened before so I switched to another computer that uses Internet Explorer 6... but then after around 3 months, the same problem happened again. It keeps on persisting and really slows down the time it takes to go from here to there.

Now I want to know what's going on because it's just way too inconvenient and I don't want it happening to the 3rd and final computer, the laptop. The laptop also uses Internet Explorer 6.

Can anyone fix this?

This is a common problem with a simple fix. If any of you ever receive a message that says, "out of memory at line 2," all you have to do is to clear your cache, cookies, history, temp files, etc.

Thanks,

F.M.

I deleted the cookies and now it's working perfectly! Thanks!

OMG im so glad someone else had this same problem!! Thats exactly what was happening to me too and I thought maybe I just picked up a virus so I had to download another browser (foxfire) to be able to post without constantly clicking ok button. But on foxfire it wont allow me to upload pics to a post ?
