I buy my supplies at the local pet store(animal house)because it has both marine and fresh water fish and inverts+gravel, sand and fertilizer sales+live and fake plant sales+awesome decor+Fish food and water chemistry.

they have used half the store for aquariums and aquatic livestock and have all the answers to my questions.they have a wide variety of rare fish including gold nugget plecos. That store is amazing.

There are a couple Allpetsclub stores in CT where i live.  Allpetsclub employees that ive talked to definitely know more about caring for fish & inverts than the people in any of the LFS stores ive been to.
