i would say for fry and juveniles thats a great way to get them use to frozen foods but for adults the cube should be broken down and force the fish to chase down the chunks

usually the chunks sink and all the fish end up at the substrate dinner plate:w00t:.Personally I would rather see them at all levels chasing their food and entertaining me

Nope,not saying fish are fat:P but in the wild most food is moving in one way or another.The blood worms just zip along with the flow,fish can't pass up a chance to hunt.:)

I just drop a frozen chunk in. My fish get their exercise by playing tug-o-war with bloodworms up and down the tank.

My girlfriend bought some frozen blood worms and was going to soak them in some warm water till they thawed and then dump them into the tank like normal feeding.I shoerd her a method I used when I had tanks yrs ago,soak the frozen food in a small container of your aquarium water until you see the food just starting to thaw,then place it into your filter HOB type (betwwen the filter medium and the out flow).It thaws slowly and comes out bit by bit in the , the fish go into overdrive as the food zooms past them.Slow fish seem to go into overdrive as much as the faster fish man what an exersie for the fish.:w00t:
