So are you meaning alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or just drinks in general?...........I am a bartender so I like all different stuff..........mostly as far as alcohol.....is a nice glass of wine or a margarita on the rocks..........Non-alcoholic.......I cant go a morning without my coffee (black), also love diet dr pepper and diet coke, and iced tea and drink tons and tons of water its my fav actually....weird huh? But those are my picks :)

| Hee hee, I was just looking at the topic "Coke or Pepsi" in the Reptiles forum before I saw this. I'm not really a soda person. Now, in college it seems like all folks drink is soda, but it's not my favorite. I love sweet tea. Cold, of course, and with a good amount of sugar - not that nasty unsweetened nonsense. Actually, I recently perfected the making of sweet tea in the microwave. I was pretty proud of myself. As far as soda goes, I like Sun-Drop. It's pretty local, so I won't be surprised if no one has heard of or tasted it. But it's awesome - like Mello Yello but better. Um, I also like grape soda and sometimes root beer. Depends on the brand. I do not like tap water and never have. Maybe it's just the water round these parts, but the taste is disagreeable. So on the rare occasions that I drink straight water (I know, I know, I should drink more), I prefer it bottled. And those are my favorite drinks. :)

Jas is a bartender? Dude, I would never have thought that. That's pretty cool!I always thought it was neat, all the combinations of drinks and stuff...I've never had alcohol, but I love reading about how to make different drinks with all the crazy amount of variety that's out there. Something tells me I'd rather make people drinks than partake myself. Well, I learned something today. :) Neato.

I mostly drink soda, not a fan of alcohol though.
Mt. Dew is my favorite followed by Pepsi and Barqs Root Beer, don't like the other brands of it.
I have never heard of Sun Drop like you said its regional, but I've never heard of Mellow Yellow either.

| Gosh, you're missing out! But I bet there are oodles of amazing soda varieties that aren't sold here, so I'm missing out on them. ;) Let's see. Sun-Drop is like Mello Yello but better. And Mello Yello is like...Mountain Dew but better! Or something like that. If you want to get even more regional, there's a drink called Cheerwine that's been bottled round here for decades - in a place just about an hour from me and nowhere else. It's really popular here, but you'd be lucky to get it outside of North Carolina. Hmm, what about that Jones Soda stuff? I've never tried it, but I've heard good things.
