I entered but I was wondering if the winners for February were already announced or not, I don't see a list of winners. Just curious ;)

Hello, I would like to enter but I have to give out personal information. Will the people in charge share this information with third parties? Why do I have to give out my phone number? Just some questions that need answered before I can enter.
