i just lost $200 of fish over night cuz ich
hi today is either Sunday monday tuesday wednesday thursday friday or saterday

Ich can be persistent if not treated properly. Sorry about your loss, and next time you see any signs of ich or other sicknesses, post here in the emergency forum and we'll try to help. In the meantime we can try to help you determine the cause of the ich if you post about it.

i know i treat it but usually it looks fine then the next mourning they are snow white

If it is coming back you may not be treating it long enough. You have to treat for at least a week after the last spot disappears. At that point the tank should be totally ich-free until you add more livestock that may bring it in with them.

| I've had pretty good luck with ich. I went to my local fish store and bought some pretty generic stuff and with just a few doses my tank became ich free within a few days. It could be just because I've had mild cases but I can honestly say I've only lost one or two fish to ich in my entire fishkeeping time *knock on wood*
