Right now I have 2 39 watt t5 bulbs over my 30 gallon tank, so i only have 2.6 watts of light per gallon. This obviously isnt enough for any coral other than the zoanthids that i have now (and even those are near the top of the tank). So, i think i am going to buy another of the same lighting system i have now. That way i'll have 4 39 watt t5 bulbs and 5.2 watts per gallon over my tank. What does everyone think of this?

That sounds good if you can fit them. It won't be high enough light for SPS (I don't think), but for soft corals and some LPS it should be good.
