well, your pictures are about as bad as the ones i take, its kinda hard to see anything. no offense. but in the first picture your plants are missing the bottom leaves. Could be normal though...

*the female betta is probably fine with the tetras, mine always were..just not barbs or gouramis.
*arent rainbow sharks agressive????
