| I just read the article reviewing Ecobio-block by our very own David Lass. It is so cool to associate with a star! Good article by the way David. I also think it is great that a regular contributor to a magazine related to our interest takes the time to read, interject, and respond to his potential subscribers comments and questions. One question. Can the block be broken into smaller pieces in order to hide it?

Was the review good?
That magazine is next to impossible to find here, so I rarely get to read it.

| Glad you liked the review of the Eco BioBlock in FAMA. I was so pleased with what it did that I have bought a bunch of them to use in the tanks in my wholesale fishroom. Since my tanks are 30 and 40 gallon breeder tanks, I have taken one of the larger Eco BioBlocks and I break it in half, and put half into one tank. I've also got some tanks where all I have are the "pebbles" from breaking up bigger blocks. BTW -- why don't you get a subscription to FAMA?

| You're right that I don't have one, but Barnes and Noble down the road carries it. I have to admit that I am a freshwater snob. If I deem that the mag has a majority of salt water articles, I usually pass. But the Mag over all is great! I would love to see an in depth article on high tech plant tanks! If I may make a suggestion.

Good idea about the hi-tech planted tank article. I'll pass it on to my editors at FAMA.

David Lass (8/27/2008) Good idea about the hi-tech planted tank article. I'll pass it on to my editors at FAMA. A high tech planted tank article would be good, except with todays tight money situations most people would just find it too far out of reach.High tech is high cost. Perhaps a low tech back to basics would be a good article or perhaps a two part article, one part high tech and the second part low tech..........Just a thought;)
