The only good flow is around the top, so filter feeding might be an issue. Should I add a "pedastal" for the bamboo shrimp?

Can I keep the Bamboo shrimp with:

1 Amano Shrimp

Numerous Ghost Shrimp

Balloon Mollies

Cherry Barbs

Will it be outcompeted/outcompete other/be bullied/aggressive to others?

And watching them filter feed is hilariously fun.  Try crushing flakes into a fine powder, adding water to make a soup, then putting it near them with a pipet or dropper.  They really get excited and it's a great way to deliver certain foods and supplements like cuttlebone for calcium.

What about in a 10 gallon? I think you all know exactly what it looks like. Only flow around the top. It'll be much easier to include a "pedastal" because of a shorter height.

Now I know food won't be an issue but I'm worried of... space issues. These guys are an "active" shrimp to me and I don't think a group of 3-4 4 inch bamboo shrimp would be happy in a tiny 10 gallon.

Would they eat the Cherry shrimp adults and/or juveniles? Heard they were completely harmless but I WILL NOT take chances with these beauties...

I have this fry-food and I'm just dying to watch them get excited!

Now, shrimp are the epitome of "opportunistic."  When they see a chance to get some easy food, they'll take it, and they can be very greedy animals!  Adult cherry shrimp should be safe, but I would not trust the tiny larvae with the larger bamboo shrimp.  It would be all too easy for the bigger shrimp to run across a baby RCS while combing through the plants and snatch it up.  They look peaceful, but hungry shrimp are surprisingly vicious. 

I wouldn't place a group in a 10 either unless they had the tank to themselves.  Shrimp spook easily and like a peaceful tank with room to get away from other inhabitants.  If used as community tankmates, they'd be happier in a bigger setup.

Be sure to post the progress on the cories - do you have them already?  I've been contemplating getting some to go with my six neons, or upping the number of neons.  At the moment, I'm undecided.  Can't do anything until my ich issue is resolved, so I'm gathering information. :)
