:P:cool::w00t:;)
I dont have any experience in saltwater aquariums but I am fascinated by saltwater fish.I recently got a 12 gallon nano cube for my birthday. I know that it is better to start off with a big tank but i am determined to keep a successful FOWLR aquarium. So i was wondering if you could give me some tips on keeping a FOWLR nano cube. And also the best fish to pick and subtrate. I am currently interested in keeping a clown fish(any type).
Thanks the help

Well I don't have saltwater fish yet but I was trying to get almost the same thing as you. It is better for the fish if you have live coral. Most petstores charge by the pound. A 12 gallon with live coral can hold 4-5 small fish.

I believe you have live rock and coral confused. Its better for the fish to have a tank with live rock in it, but most fish really don't care about having corals in the tank. Live rock is sold by the pound, but corals are typically sold per piece with prices depending on type.
